The CLS Board of Electrohomoeopathy, affiliated with the Council, serves as a hub of excellence for training, certification, and research. With a vision to build a knowledge powerhouse, we are driven by a team of renowned Electrohomoeopathy researchers, experienced academic professionals, and dedicated healthcare leaders. Together, we are creating a platform that not only imparts education but also empowers practitioners to contribute meaningfully to community health and scientific recognition of Electrohomoeopathy.

Dr. P. S. Pandey is a distinguished practitioner, academician, and visionary leader in the field of Electrohomoeopathy. With formal training in both Ayurveda and Electrohomoeopathy, he brings a unique integrative perspective to natural healthcare.
He serves as the President of the Electrohomoeopathy Foundation and is the CEO of the Balajee Group of Hospitals. Dr. Pandey is also the Editor of the International Journal of Electrohomoeopathy and Pharmaceutical Science, actively contributing to scientific literature and academic resources for Electrohomoeopathy.
He has authored and co-authored various national and international medical and scientific publications and has coordinated over a dozen major EH conferences and workshops. His leadership was instrumental in establishing the IDC (International Data Centre) in 2018, and he remains committed to clinical excellence and documentation of authentic data. A leading doctor with extensive experience, he is deeply dedicated to the recognition and scientific advancement of Electrohomoeopathy as a legitimate healthcare system.

Dr. Surendra Pandey is a multi-disciplinary expert whose contributions span pharmacology, Electrohomoeopathy, regulatory science, and legal affairs in medicine. He is the Chief Editor of the International Journal of Electrohomoeopathy and Pharmaceutical Science and has published a significant number of scientific articles in reputed national and international journals.
With deep experience in teaching medicine, pharmacy, and Electrohomoeopathy, Dr. Pandey has mentored numerous students and young researchers. He has worked as a guest lecturer in reputed pharmacy and medical institutions, and has served as a pharmacovigilance scientist in leading CROs (Contract Research Organizations). He also plays an active role in government and regulatory forums, assisting in policy advocacy for recognition of Electrohomoeopathy.
His extensive experience in research, law, and pharmaceutical sciences gives the CLS Council a powerful strategic edge in both academic and legal-regulatory development

Prof. Harvinder Singh is a highly respected academician and pharmaceutical expert with vast experience in EH medicine formulation and clinical data authentication. He has served as Principal at Malwa College of Pharmacy, Bathinda (Punjab), where he taught various core pharmaceutical subjects such as Pathophysiology, Anatomy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Chemistry of Natural Products.
He is the Managing Director of Alchemy Research and Manufacturing, where he leads the scientific production of EH medicines with validated standard operating procedures and full regulatory compliance. Prof. Singh has also authored books and contributed pharmaceutical juries and reference guides at Punjab Technical University.
Currently, he also serves as the National Vice-President of the Electrohomoeopathy Foundation and plays a critical role in heading the Research Team focused on scientific validation of EH. His dual expertise in pharmaceutics and natural medicine makes him an essential pillar in the Council’s research and innovation wing.
